Return Policy

HolsiticDG.com ensures the quality and satisfaction of the end consumer, however, exchange, return and warranty policies are available for the consumers. 

HolisticDG.com offers seven days exchange warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This seven-day policy is applied on exchange and refund however, terms and conditions are applied.

Return and Refund Policy for Pakistan

  1. All products come with 7-day exchange and refund policy, however, this refund and exchange policy is not applicable on electronic gadgets (laptop, mobile, printer), magazine, books, digital camera, personal care and hygiene products.
  2. Return and exchange policy is applicable to cartridges, PC software, video games and other accessories only if the packaging is intact.
  3. For exchange or refund, the consumer is required to bring original sales invoice along, for the credit card account, the payment on the refund will be sent back only via band transfer to the same account.
  4. The product with a manufacturing fault reported to be dead or nonfunctioning on arrival or not useable as per the manual will be tested by the manufactures authority service centre technician and will be subjected to 7 days return policy.
  5. All the big/small/ medium home appliances will be subjected to the exchange and refund policy only after the appliance has been inspected and reported by the manufacturer's authorized service centre.
  6. In case of minor soiling, tempered seal but the product is not defective and has no visible scratches, the company will charge 30% for the re-stocking fee during the refund and exchange.
  7. In case of damage, scratches, incomplete packing or a missing part, the product will not be refunded or exchanged.
  8. For a product to be returned, exchanged or refunded, the customer must have everything including the original packaging, accessories, manuals, registration card, promotional voucher or bundle items.
  9. In case of return or exchange of any gadget with data or information, the company will not be responsible for any kind of data neither will accept responsibility for transferring the data to the new or exchanged gadget after the product has been returned.
  10. Installation charges, delivery charges and services charges are completely nonrefundable.
  11. Products that has been ordered especially for the client or any wire cable that has been adjusted or cut is not refundable.
  12. Store management will abide by the above rule, the decision of the store management will be considered full and final and must be accepted by the customer.

Non – Electronics Items

  1. For the non-electronic product, the exchange, replacement and refund policy applied is different.
  2. Any product subjected to exchange, replacement and refund will not be processed if the product is open or used. This includes products from beauty and health section, watches, sports goods, electronic tools, toys, stationery, hygiene products and personal care products.
  3. Any product subjected to return must have original packaging, complete material, full accessories along with registration card, voucher, bundle item or any additional free of cost product.

Exchange or Refund on Products from Third Party Manufacture 

Any product that is non-electronic and subjected to exchange, replacement and refund will be investigated and the policy execution will be based on the investigation report and approval of the manufactures report. On approval, the exchange, replacement and refund will be carried out within 7 working days.

Delivery, installation and service charges for any product or service will not be refunded once it has been carried out successfully.


  • While claiming the warranty, bring the original invoice and warranty card along
  • Warranty is only applicable within the country with no exception unless mentioned in written form.
  • Warranty is not applied to the toys, stationery and perfumes.
  • Any product with physical damage, used, broken or with evidence of any harm will not be subjected to warranty
  • In case the product has been opened, the seal is broken or has any evidence of tampering by any unauthorized person, the product will not be covered under the warranty.
  • Any warranty offered by the manufacture on the electronic product sold on the site under the company invoice will be provided by the respective agents and the warranty will be taken care of by the company.
  • HolisticDG.com works as a facilitating site only, any mentioned product within the site comes under the warranty of the brand owner according to their set criteria.
